Delicious! Merle especially liked the agave jose seasoning. He would write you this morning but cannot seem to get up for some reason.

I'd better stop writing and trot on back to see if he is still with us.

Dear Judy,

We have a new place in Colorado Springs that is just wonderful. If you won't move in with us......then you should at least come and see us!

Yes, we decided that since all of the children live all over hinder and yon that we would just come and live where WE wanted to live! The house being a "rehab" should keep me out of trouble during these winter months....should.

Following all of these months away.......you will think you have new things down in LA.! Hope that the swamp monsters have not made off with anything! Those gators get a little aggressive at times!

Our biggest concern (re: houses) is that we own too many homes!! Need to sell the one in MO! 'Course, had we had that money in the market at this time we would have lost about 40%........right now we are prob. down 10% in the houses! It is all relative!

Delighted to know that the chemo road is slowly coming to an end! One more......whew! Finally!

Hang in there, gal, and know that we are thinking of you! On the 8th, I will take an extra big breath for you that this part of this trek is "DONE"! Now, just keep all those good little soldiers marching!

Love to you!
Ann

About Me

My photo
Vacherie, Louisiana, United States
Born in rural Arkansas my tongue took up residence in my cheek shortly thereafter. I use it to speak "Genteel Southern Lady". Cussin' I only use when provoked by the Uppity. Paul, my husband, and I have lived in Cajun Country for many years raising cane, twins (a boy and a girl; now adults? definitely old) and other mischief. Alligators, water moccassins and bears have tussled with me as I protect our swampy coastal farmstead. We are stuck now on lovely Lake Hamilton near Hot Springs where we have our second home. We have been here waiting for Godot since my heart valves blew out Late November 2007 and now with cancer diagnosed August 2008. The Furies have me in their sights... I am writing this blog to let my Beloveds know how I am doing so they will not "get off" in imagined ways on my dire straits. The reality is bad enough without turning my story into a B-grade movie of the mind. I know all of you wish me the very best. And I miss you! never no mind your fevered imaginations. This is as close as I can get to a fond and loving chat with you right now... Sadly, Judy aka Mizflounce passed away peacefully early on Sunday morning May 30th 2009 age 78.
